Martin is a technical mastermind with a very broad skillset, a strong technical foundation and is constantly developing high quality results from scratch with limited / given resources. Due to his technical know-how coupled with his leadership skills, he became the production manager of Electric Love Festival, one of the biggest EDM festivals in Europe with 180,000 visitors. Martin has a high level of creative problem solving and handles the most stressful situations with ease, while keeping an eye on the essential tasks.
